How do I return an item?
1. Order Cancellations Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Everything 5 Pounds for a full refund excluding any admin charges and shipping. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days of purchase. If, however, you order has already been processed you will need to return the order to us. Please read the return or exchange an item section below.
2. Return or Exchange If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a return authorisation code which you must display clearly on the package, in order for us to accept the return. We will then issue a full refund, within 45 days, on receipt, excluding shipping charges, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. 3. Faulty Item If the item that you have received is faulty please contact the customer care team quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, with confirmation of whether you would like to exchange or a refund. We will then advise you upon how to proceed.
4. What if I received the wrong item? If the item that you have received is incorrect please contact the customer care team quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, with confirmation of whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then advise you upon how to proceed. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original condition with the relevant documentation within the time-scales specified above.
